Mojave Airport, Friday April 25 - California Senator Roy Ashburn visited the Civilian Flight Test Center as part of a program to become acquainted with his constituents, and to see first hand the technological advancements being pioneered at Mojave.

Sen. Ashburn visits with Al and Cathy Hansen, whose Mojo Jets provides restored vintage helicopters and aircraft to the film production industry.

One of the highlights to the Senator's visit was a personal tour by designer Burt Rutan of Scaled Composites' recently unveiled White Knight and SpaceShipOne, which hopefully will be the first privately funded craft to fly to space
