Mr. William Deaver is a public and government relations consultant and former newspaper editor and publisher. He serves on the boards of the East Kern Economic Alliance, Mojave Chamber of Commerce, and the Kern Economic Development Council. Mr. Deaver served in the administrations of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, on the California Fair Political Practices Commission, and on the staffs of two Members of Congress and a California State Assemblyman, and is a veteran of the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
