Mr. Jim Balentine is the owner of two Radio Shack stores as well as the owner of Jim’s C.B. Radio and Electronics. He began his career in CB radio installation and repair. A long time resident of Mojave, he began flying light aircraft at the age of 14 and earned a private pilot’s certificate when he was 17 years old. He has served on the District Board since 1994.
