​Mr. David Evans is vice president and CFO of the Boardwalk Motor Car Group and president of Evans & Company, Inc., a CPA consulting firm in California City. David currently serves on a number of boards, and previously served as mayor of California City, president of the South East Kern Board of Realtors, and treasurer for the High Desert University Foundation.
